Sending Money
An inmate may write to you or even phone you to tell you that they will need money in their commissary or their phone account.
To easily deposit funds into the inmate’s commissary or their phone account, you can come down to the Youthful Offender Program and use the kiosk that is in the lobby. The lobby is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you to come in and use the kiosk to make a deposit.
If you do not live local to the Youthful Offender Program, you can deposit funds into an inmate's account by logging on to the expressaccount.com and follow the steps provided.
You will need to keep in mind that there may be a service fee for using these third-party services, which you will always know about prior to going through with the deposit.
Please Note: If you deposit money into the wrong inmate’s account, there will be a short delay of transferring it to the correct inmate’s account.
Phone calls
Inmates in the Youthful Offender Program does not have many privileges but being able to call home is one of them.
The Youthful Offender Program uses Securus Technologies as their phone provider. Inmates will still have the option of calling collect if they choose as well, but if no one on the inmates list of family or friends have a landline, the next best option is using Securus Technologies.

Want to visit an inmate in the Youthful Offender Program? You will need to first and foremost get in contact with the facility to find their most updated visitation hours.
Please do not come down to the Youthful Offender Program before contacting them to ensure they will be accepting visitors and what you need to do prior to visiting an inmate. You want to make sure you do everything correctly, so they have no reason to refuse your visit to the inmate in question.
