Phone calls
Inmates cannot take phone calls, but inmates can make phone calls. All outgoing phone calls from the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center will be collect calls.
You will need to have a landline phone to receive these phone calls. You will also need to know that these phone calls will be at your expense. Inmates will not be paying for this service and neither is the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.
Visitation
The El Paso County Criminal Justice Center permits inmates to have 3 visits per week. Visiting hours at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center goes as follows:
In order to visit an inmate, you will need to first and foremost bring your driver’s license to be allowed into the visitation area. All visits with inmates in the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center are no-contact visits. You will be sitting behind a glass partition when visiting the inmate. There will be no touching involved or allowed.
