You will need to send inmates money using the following methods:

Phone calls

All outgoing calls from the Coleman Medium Federal Prison will be monitored. Inmates can only use the phone for 300 minutes a month. But throughout the days, inmates will be limited to 15-minute phone conversations, so their fellow inmates can also have access to the telephones.
