The Allen County Confinement Center keeps records on all inmates in their facility. These records will have the charges, bail information, along with the court transactions on the inmate.

Sending Money

Please note that the Allen County Confinement Center does not accept money orders.

The Allen County Confinement Center now uses inmatedeposits.com. You will need to create an account to send money to an inmate.

With this service you will be permitted to make deposits on a daily, weekly, or even a monthly basis. Each deposit can be up to $300.

To make a successful deposit into an inmate’s account, you will be required to know the inmate’s identification number.

  • You can go to the Allen County Confinement Center lobby and use the kiosk

Phone calls

Inmates cannot take phone calls, but inmates can make phone calls. All outgoing phone calls from the Allen County Confinement Center will be collect calls.

You will need to have a landline phone to receive these phone calls. You will also need to know that these phone calls will be at your expense. Inmates will not be paying for this service and neither is the Allen County Confinement Center.

Visitation

The Allen County Confinement Center permits inmates to have 3 visits per week. Visiting hours at the Allen County Confinement Center goes as follows:

In order to visit an inmate, you will need to first and foremost bring your driver’s license to be allowed into the visitation area. All visits with inmates in the Allen County Confinement Center are no-contact visits. You will be sitting behind a glass partition when visiting the inmate. There will be no touching involved or allowed.
