The Bartholomew County Jail is home to inmates who have been arrested throughout the county. How to Find Someone in Bartholomew County Jail
Locating an inmate in the Bartholomew County Jail is no easy feat. The agency responsible for keeping records of all inmates in the Bartholomew County Jail is the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department.

Sending Money
Inmates in the Bartholomew County Jail will need funds to purchase items from the commissary. In order to deliver funds to an inmate, you can bring a money order directly down to the Bartholomew County Jail lobby.

Phone calls

Visitation
Visitation at the Bartholomew County Jail is held Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am to 6 pm.
All visits will be no-contact visits. You and your visitor party will not be permitted to touch the inmates. The inmate will be on the opposite side of a glass partition.
To visit an inmate, you will need to present your government-issued identification card such as a driver’s license. Juveniles under the age of 16 will always be required to be accompanied by an adult. They will not be permitted to visit an inmate alone.
