To easily deposit funds into the inmate’s commissary or their phone account, you can come down to the St. Louis County Juvenile Detention and use the kiosk that is in the lobby. The lobby is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you to come in and use the kiosk to make a deposit.

If you do not live local to the St. Louis County Juvenile Detention, you can deposit funds into an inmate's account by logging on to the expressaccount.com and follow the steps provided.

You will need to keep in mind that there may be a service fee for using these third-party services, which you will always know about prior to going through with the deposit.

Phone calls

Inmates in the St. Louis County Juvenile Detention does not have many privileges but being able to call home is one of them.

The St. Louis County Juvenile Detention uses Securus Technologies as their phone provider. Inmates will still have the option of calling collect if they choose as well, but if no one on the inmates list of family or friends have a landline, the next best option is using Securus Technologies.
