Calling collect does not allow you to call cell phones. Inmates will, however, be allowed to get through people who still have a landline phone.

You, the receiver of the phone call will be responsible for any and all charges that are associated with the collect call. The Washington County Juvenile Detention takes no responsibility in any charges that may occur.
