If you would like to send a package to an inmate, you will need to get prior approval from the staff at the Douglas County Youth Center.

For you to visit an inmate in the Douglas County Youth Center, you will need to schedule yourself an appointment. The Douglas County Youth Center allows you to schedule your appointment online. You will need to make your appointment at least one day prior to visiting.

If you do not have access to the web, you can come down to the Douglas County Youth Center and use the kiosk located in the lobby to schedule your visitation appointment.

All visits at the Douglas County Youth Center are non-contact visits. Visits will be video chats. All visits will be monitored.

When visiting you should arrive at the Douglas County Youth Center for at least 10 minutes before your appointment starts. You will need to have your government issued photo identification card on your person to be permitted into the facility.

Inmates in the Douglas County Youth Center are only permitted to have two 25-minute visits every calendar week.

You are permitted to have up to 4 people in your group.
