All incoming and outgoing mail from the Nebraska State Prison will be checked for contraband. All incoming mail will be required to have the return address listed on the envelope. You should address the envelope to the inmate and have their DC number on it as well to ensure it gets to the offender.

The Nebraska State Prison has three different ways to send money to an inmate.

Phone calls

The Nebraska State Prison has set hours for the offenders to utilize the phone. During these hours, offenders will be permitted to make phone calls home.

All calls inmates will make will be recorded and monitored by prison staff.

Visitation

Visiting at the Nebraska State Prison will be held between the hours of 12 pm to 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

It is recommended to arrive at the Nebraska State Prison about a half-hour early to be ready when visitation opens.

You will need to get in contact with the Nebraska State Prison as the offenders will alternate weekends.
