Phone calls
All outgoing calls from the New York Metropolitan Correctional Center will be monitored. Inmates can only use the phone for 300 minutes a month. But throughout the days, inmates will be limited to 15-minute phone conversations, so their fellow inmates can also have access to the telephones.
