How to Find Someone in Woodson Wilderness Challenge

Offenders in the Woodson Wilderness Challenge can receive mail. The mail will be checked with a staff member prior to being distributed to the offender it is addressed to.

Sending Money
The easiest way to send an inmate money is by using the popular service JPay. The Woodson Wilderness Challenge uses JPay for all the inmate’s money needs.
You can easily deposit money online or over the phone. The funds will be in the inmates account immediately for the inmate to use as they see fit.
The only downfall is by using JPay you, the sender of the money will have to pay a service fee.
Phone calls
The Woodson Wilderness Challenge uses GTL as their phone service. This means offenders will not have to rely on calling collect.
The GTL service will allow inmates to have two plans. One plan will be a pay as you go plan while the second plan is a monthly plan.
You and the inmate will have to decide what plan works best for you.
Visitation
Visiting at the Woodson Wilderness Challenge will be permitted during the appropriate times. All visitors that want to visit, will be required to present a minimum of two identification cards with you. These could be any two of the following:

All forms of identification MUST NOT be expired. Any expired identification will be denied.
Now, that you know what you need to come visit, you will need to know that depending on where the offender is in the Woodson Wilderness Challenge, will decide when visitation is.
For general population inmates they can have visitors everyday between the hours of 9 am to 8 pm. No visitors will be allowed to start their visit after 6:30 pm.
You should also note that visits are limited to 4 hours on weekdays to ensure that everyone will have a chance to visit with their family and friends. If there is a line, visits can and will be reduced to 2 hours on weekdays.
For segregation inmates, they can have visitors on weekdays from 9 am to 2 pm. No visitors will be allowed to start their visit after 12:30 pm.
You should note that visits are limited to 1 hour. Segregation inmates can have visits on weekends and holidays, but they will have to have prior approval from the designee or Chief Administrative Officer.
