Phone calls

The York County Youth Development Center has set hours for the offenders to utilize the phone. During these hours, offenders will be permitted to make phone calls home.

Visiting at the York County Youth Development Center will be held between the hours of 12 pm to 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
