The New Effington City Jail despite the name is not a jail. The New Effington City Jail is just a holding pen for people who have been arrested in the New Effington limits.

Unfortunately, with the holding pen in the New Effington City Jail is quite small. So, offenders will only be in this small holding pen for hours, if that.
