Inmates cannot take phone calls, but inmates can make phone calls. All outgoing phone calls from the Grant County Juvenile Detention Facility will be collect calls.
You will need to have a landline phone to receive these phone calls. You will also need to know that these phone calls will be at your expense. Inmates will not be paying for this service and neither is the Grant County Juvenile Detention Facility.
