You should address the envelope to the inmate and have their DC number on it as well to ensure it gets to the offender.

Phone calls

The Brownstone Work Release has set hours for the offenders to utilize the phone. During these hours, offenders will be permitted to make phone calls home.

All calls inmates will make will be recorded and monitored by prison staff.

Visitation

Visiting at the Brownstone Work Release will be held between the hours of 12 pm to 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

It is recommended to arrive at the Brownstone Work Release about a half-hour early to be ready when visitation opens.
