The Galesville City Jail despite the name is not a jail. The Galesville City Jail is just a holding pen for people who have been arrested in the Galesville limits.

Most of the offenders that have been arrested in the Galesville limits will be brought directly to the Trempealeau County Detention Center and skip going down to the Galesville City Jail all together.
