Please do not send any packages from Amazon to inmates in the Walworth County Jail. All Amazon packages will be refused.

If you would like to send a package to an inmate, you will need to get prior approval from the staff at the Walworth County Jail.

Sending Money

You cannot come to the Walworth County Jail and hand them a money order anymore. If you are in jail, you can deposit money in the kiosk that is in the lobby.

Phone calls

The Walworth County Jail limits inmates phone conversation to 15-minutes max.

The Walworth County Jail contracts with Securus Technology for their phone needs. However, inmates will still have the option to use collect calls as well.

Visitation

For you to visit an inmate in the Walworth County Jail, you will need to schedule yourself an appointment. The Walworth County Jail allows you to schedule your appointment online. You will need to make your appointment at least one day prior to visiting.

If you do not have access to the web, you can come down to the Walworth County Jail and use the kiosk located in the lobby to schedule your visitation appointment.

All visits at the Walworth County Jail are non-contact visits. Visits will be video chats. All visits will be monitored.

When visiting you should arrive at the Walworth County Jail for at least 10 minutes before your appointment starts. You will need to have your government issued photo identification card on your person to be permitted into the facility.
